Strategic Planning & Ideation

Cover all the bases, especially in the planning stage. Map out the specific needs of each stakeholder, and address them promptly using the right media and the right channels.

Behavioral psychology suggests that all human behavior is primarily learned. And given the right strategies, we can use the power of communication to draw out long-term effects in people and inspire them to act.
We begin mapping out what our audience is already doing and where they're already communicating. We plan out what real value we can offer to get them to listen and take notice. We then incorporate our messaging into their behavior in ways that are easy to adopt and easy to share. The goal is organic spread, and to get there, we need the right tactics.

Stakeholder Communications

Know the needs of both your internal and external stakeholders. Anticipate their needs before they become problems.

M2.0 uses data and analytics to identify the most important issues and stakeholders. Our team uses algorithms to analyze the weight of critical stories in the media. We also flag which stakeholders are making the most impact on social media.
Each stakeholder has their own unique needs and must be addressed individually. We assess the motivations for each segment and set out communications objectives around that. We then keep a communications calendar and set budget allocation based on the above priorities. As we execute the calendar, we evaluate using metrics such as the support level of the stakeholders as well as how clearly we have been communicating with them. As we go along, we adapt our plan according to the things we learn.
