My affinity for telling stories started when I was five years old. I loved watching old films and then narrating them to my mom. That persisted in my professional career when I started as a Production Assistant-Researcher in Failon Ngayon (ABS-CBN) and then moved on to become a Program Researcher for Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (GMA 7). It was also during that time when I won the Chit Estella Award of Excellence in Journalism Research in 2015 for my work on the critical analysis of corruption in the Philippines.
As M2.0’s Head of Content and Development and Video Team Lead, I tell meaningful stories of change and hope through visual means with the likes of the World Bank, UNICEF, United Nations, WWF, and MSD. Fun fact: I once got lost in the woods trying to find giant earthworms for one of the documentaries I was developing—that’s how invested I am in my work.
