Strategic Planning & Ideation

Cover all the bases, especially in the planning stage. Map out the specific needs of each stakeholder, and address them promptly using the right media and the right channels.

Behavioral psychology suggests that all human behavior is primarily learned. And given the right strategies, we can use the power of communication to draw out long-term effects in people and inspire them to act.
We begin my mapping out what our audience is already doing and where they’re already communicating. We plan out what real value we can offer to get them to listen and take notice. We then incorporate our messaging into their behavior in ways that are easy to adopt and easy to share. The goal is organic spread, and to get there, we need the right tactics.

Crisis Communication

Stay equipped with proven solutions to the usual crises that are inevitable no matter the industry. Let our crisis response team address the nuances of any public concern.

Even though we can never fully predict what happens, we have a record of likely crisis situations gathered from our own experiences as well as the experiences of our global partners from PROI. This collective knowledge spans across a wide variety of industries, each with their own required subtleties to every solution.
We monitor relevant media activities to anticipate and eradicate a crisis in its early stages and make recommendations to avoid the same problems in the future. In the likely incident that a problem does happen, our crisis response team is prepared to manage all the communication solutions necessary to mitigate and to resolve the situation.

Stakeholder Communications

Know the needs of both your internal and external stakeholders. Anticipate their needs before they become problems.

Out of the stakeholders both in and out of the company, we identify and map out your key groups and prioritize them based on interest and influence. For each segment, we want to know how closely we should monitor them, how regularly we should engage with them, and how much of our resources we should allocate to them.
Each stakeholder has their own unique needs and must be addressed individually. We assess the motivations for each segment and set our communications objectives around that. We then keep a communications calendar and set budget allocation based on the above priorities. As we execute the calendar, we evaluate using metrics such as the support level of the stakeholders as well as how clearly we have been communicating with them. As we go along, we adapt our plan according to the things we learn.

Media Training

Never make a mistake during a live broadcast again. Reporters and public audiences can be unforgiving when you’re not in the room, so tell your brand story thoughtfully while you are.

Customers always judge brands based on the people who lead them. And with the ubiquity of the internet, eyes are always watching. With proper media training, any spokesperson can be a newsworthy, captivating speaker who always says the right things with purpose and clarity. Go even one level higher by establishing yourself as a thought leader who creates higher profile mentions in public news media.
Whether it’s for a podium or for the cameras, whether it’s for your customers or for your internal stakeholders, receive public speaking training and have a clear picture of what happens when you’re given the microphone. We practice with on-camera drills to help you deliver confidence-building statements and navigate reputation-ruining questions. To inspire real change in the people you seek to serve, you need to develop yourself as the leader that the brand needs.
